This section introduces the documentation updates for release 24.1.x.

Release 24.1.2-F94142-06, November 2024

• Added the Premaintenance Check for VMware Deployments section to provide details about verifying the content of the compute/main.tf and compute-lbvm/main.tf files before performing any maintenance procedure in a VMware deployment.
• Updated the procedure to configure SNMP trap receivers in the Configuring SNMP Trap Destinations section.

Release 24.1.1-F94142-02, July 2024

Made the following updates in the Alerts section:

• Added Severity, SNMP Trap ID, and Affects Service (Y/N) details for all the alerts.
• Added the VSPHERE_CSI_CONTROLLER_FAILED alert in the Kubernetes Alerts subsection to describe the alert that is raised when the vSphere CSI controller fails.
• Added the OPENSEARCH_DASHBOARD_DOWN alert in the Common Services Alerts subsection to describe the alert that is raised when OpenSearch Dashboard is down.
