Removed the "Removing a Kubernetes Controller Node" procedure form the Maintenance Procedures chapter as CNE doesn't support removing a controller node unless it is replaced. This procedure is moved to Oracle Communications Cloud Native Core, Cloud Native Environment Installation, Upgrade, and Fault Recovery Guide as part of the "Recovering a Failed Kubernetes Controller Node" procedure.
