Recommended Action	Cause: Service mesh failure observed at SCP. Diagnostic Information: Service mesh is unable to reach peer NF due to connection failures or host is not known to service mesh or some other errors at service mesh. Verify the service mesh logs to detect error details. Check sidecar status of peer NF.
