This section introduces the documentation updates for release 25.2.2xx.

Release 25.2.201 - G48963-01, April 2026

• Updated the following sections with new parameters for the NF Discovery enhancements:
  • Added the nf_discovery_enhancement parameter to the Configuring SCP Features section. This parameter manages the NF Discovery enhancements.
  • Added the Configuring IE Registry section to describe the IE Registry REST API parameters used to create, update, and delete discovery parameter records in the registry.
  • Added the Configuring IE Binding Info section to describe IE Binding Info REST API parameters. It enables runtime binding of parameters from the IE-Registry to the Nf-discovery-static REST API.
  • Added the Configuring NF Discovery Mode section to describe the source of NF discovery for Model D delegated discovery requests or Model C discovery requests in SCP when the nf-discovery-enhancement parameter is enabled.
  • Added the Configuring Static NF Discovery section to describe criteria for creating the discovery response at SCP when the discoverySource is set to SCP in nfdiscovery-mode-cfg and the nf-discovery-enhancement parameter is enabled.
• Updated the following sections with new parameters for the NF Selection enhancements:
  • Added the nf_selection_enhancement parameter to the Configuring SCP Features section. This parameter manages the NF Selection enhancements.
  • Added the Configuring NF Selection Mode section to describe NF selection and routing in SCP for Model C and Model D indirect communication when the nf-selection-enhancement parameter is enabled.
• Updated the following sections with new parameters for the Topology Source Information enhancements:
  • Added the Configuring Topology Source Info section to describe how SCP discovers and learns 5G topology to derive routing rules.
  • Added the Configuring NF Profile section to describe NF profile configuration in SCP based on the topology source information of that NF.
• Updated the following sections with new parameters for the Custom Roaming Proxy feature:
  • Configuring Roaming Proxy Selection Info
  • Configuring Next Hop Roaming Proxy Routing Config
• Added the Configuring SCP Feature Status section to describe parameters of the scpfeaturestatus REST API.
• Added the Configuring NF Topology On-demand Audit section to describe parameters of the nf-topology-audit REST API.
• Updated the default values of the systemoptions REST API parameters in Table 2-98.
• Added a note about exclusion of apiName in configName when nfType is configured. For more information, see the description of apiName in Table 2-75.
• Provided a sample output for targetRelease and sourceRelease in Table 2-193.
• Added a note about enabling the Overload Control Information (OCI) feature for the ociEnabled parameter in Table 2-60.
