Verify if the routing rules are created for selected inter-PLMN in the PLMN_ROAMING_PROXY_MAPPING table. Recovery: This alert is cleared automatically when the Custom Roaming Proxy related routing rules are created at SCP for the selected PLMN in the inter-PLMN routing.
