General Updates

• Made the following changes related to patching and creation of Kubernetes secret:
  • Added the ocscp_worker_ssl_partial_secret metric in Table 5-245.
  • Updated the SCPWorkerSSLPartialSecret alert.
• Added the SHUTDOWN_PROCESS event in Table 3-25. This event indicates the initiation of process shutdown.
• Updated the possible values of the following dimensions in the Dimension Description section:
  • alternate_route_cause
  • ocscp_cause
• Added use case 8 to define the prioritized order of message mediation rules in the Mediation Rules Configuration section.
• Added the Recommendations subsection to describe some recommendations for the Pod Overload Control feature.
• Added log levels for the common library in Table 3-31.
• Added information about service IP allocation and SCP's behavior based on traffic types in the Support for Dual Stack section.
• Replaced the ocscp_worker_2xx_empty_nf_array_rx_total metric with the ocscp_nrfproxy_2xx_empty_nf_array_rx_total metric in the Metrics section.
