Configure VLANS on KVM Host

On the KVM host, configure the SR-IOV Virtual Functions that are assigned to the RTP Proxy.

1. Enable trust mode.

   ip link set <PF> vf <VF> trust on

2. Disable the VF VLAN property.

   Setting the VF VLAN to 0 ensures that the NIC forwards the original VLAN-tagged packets to the guest VM instead of assigning the VF to a fixed VLAN. Setting vlan 0 ensures that VLAN-tagged packets are passed unchanged to the guest VM, allowing the RTP Proxy to process the VLAN information itself.

   ip link set <PF> vf <VF> vlan 0
