ECP Data Bridge Application Management

Use the application-management controls for a Cloud Connector to review the ECP Data Bridge lifecycle state and perform supported lifecycle operations.

After ECP Data Bridge is installed, the application appears on the Applications tab for the Cloud Connector. The application entry displays its current lifecycle state and provides access to the supported application-management actions.

Use the existing ECP application controls to:

• Start or stop ECP Data Bridge.
• Review its current lifecycle state.
• Update the installed application version when an approved version is available.
• Update the runtime configuration.
• Access application logs and runtime statistics
• Uninstall the application when it is no longer required..

Changes to the runtime configuration are applied to the ECP Data Bridge instance running on the selected Cloud Connector. The runtime configuration includes ECP Data Bridge accounts and the OCI Object Storage destination.

Application health and runtime statistics are available through ECP rather than through the ECP Data Bridge local UI. For more information, see Monitor ECP Data Bridge Health and Statistics.
