Enable Basic Mode and Advanced Mode

  1. Enter 1 to enable Basic Mode and Advanced Mode or 2 to enable Advanced Mode only, and Press Enter.

    Note:

    If you enable both Basic and Advanced Modes (selection 1), after logging into the Web GUI, the Basic Mode screen displays by default. You can switch to Advanced Mode, if you do not make any changes in Basic Mode, using the Switch to Advanced button. If you enable Advanced Mode only (selection 2), the GUI does not display the Switch to Basic button.

  2. Type 1 for a standalone server or enter 2 to configure an High Availability (HA) device. Press Enter and go to Step 4 in Setting Up High Availability (HA) Mode to complete the installation.

    Oracle recommends that you configure HA using this Installation Wizard.
