Filter Audit Logs

You can filter audit log data to display specific activity records.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Audit Logs.
    The Audit Logs page displays a set of filters that you can use to refine and search the audit logs.

    The audit log supports the following filters:

    • Account - Filters audit logs by account. Available for managed service provider subscriptions only.
    • Action - Filters audit logs by action type. The audit log supports the following action values:
      • Create
      • Delete
      • Modify
      • Provision
    • Status - Filters audit logs by operation status. The audit log supports the following status values:
      • Success
      • Error
      • Unknown
    • Date Range - Filters audit logs by a predefined or custom date range. The audit log supports the following predefined date range values:
      • Today
      • Last 7 Days
      • Last 14 Days
      • Last 30 Days
      • Any

      If you select Custom, the From Date and To Date fields are enabled. You can manually specify a valid date range to filter audit log results.

    After the filter is performed, the following fields are displayed.

    • Date and Time - The audit log displays timestamps in the browser's local time zone.
    • User
    • Action
    • Type
    • Entity - Some values in this column are displayed as hyperlinks. When you select a linked entity, the audit log navigates to the associated resource page if the resource exists. For example, you can navigate directly to:
      • Sites
      • Voice gateway resources
      • Associated entity configuration pages
    • Account
    • Status

    Note:

    The audit log supports sorting by Date & Time only.
