Impacts on Service Behavior

As with all services, the state of the customer account can further impact service behavior.

  • Inactive—Cannot provision, set a configuration, or create a service.
  • Pre-Suspend—Outbound call termination is blocked.
  • Suspend—Inbound and Outbound call termination is blocked.
  • Both states (pre-suspend and suspend)—The account’s suspended state is not a service state. Instead, it indicates functional limitations or restrictions that apply to the service and its associated numbers. For an account in this state, a user cannot initiate any configuration that would result in more costs.

Regarding Interconnect services, no directly related automatic technical restrictions based on account suspension have been implemented at this time.
