Integration Management

The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service provides the following controls for the integrations.

  • Add an integration
  • View and update an integration
  • Delete an integration
  • Disable an integration
  • Enable an integration

Add an Integration

You can add an integration from Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service from the Service Details page. To learn how to add an integration of a specific type, follow the steps in the Procedure section for that integration type.

Note:

You cannot add an integration if the service is paused or inactive.

Delete an Integration

You can delete an integration from Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service from the Service Details page.

Note:

You cannot delete an integration if the service is paused or inactive.

Procedure

  1. Go to Services, and under SIP Trunk Services click the service name.
  2. On the Service Details page, under Integrations, identify the integration from the table to delete.
  3. Under the action column, click the actions icon(represented by the horizontal ellipsis icon).
  4. Select the Delete option.

    The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service displays a confirmation popup window.

  5. Click Delete to confirm.

View and Update an Integration

You can view and update an integration from Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service from the Service Details page.

Note:

You cannot update an integration if it is disabled, or if the service is paused or inactive.

Procedure

  1. Go to Services, and under SIP Trunk Services click the service name.
  2. On the Service Details page, under Integrations, click the name of the integration you want to update.

    The Integration details page displays the configurations.

  3. Update the required values for the integration.
  4. Click Update.

    The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service updates the integration details and displays a confirmation toast message.

Enable an Integration

You can enable an integration from Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service from the Service Details page.

Procedure

  1. Go to Services, and under SIP Trunk Services click the service name.
  2. On the Service Details page, under Integrations, identify the integration from the table to enable.
  3. Under the action column, click the actions icon(represented by the horizontal ellipsis icon).
  4. Select the Enable option.

    The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service displays a confirmation popup window.

  5. Click Enable to confirm.

Disable an Integration

You can disable an integration from Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service from the Service Details page.

Note:

A disabled integration configuration is read-only and cannot be edited.

Procedure

  1. Go to Services, and under SIP Trunk Services click the service name.
  2. On the Service Details page, under Integrations, identify the integration from the table to disable.
  3. Under the action column, click the actions icon(represented by the horizontal ellipsis icon).
  4. Select the Disable option.

    The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service displays a confirmation popup window.

  5. Click Disable to confirm.
