cmp > cmp-profile

The cmp-profile branch provides access to the elements you use to configure the system to perform its CMP functions.

Parameters

name

Name of this cmp-profile to identify this object and reference it elsewhere.

cmp-server-group

Name of the cmp-server-group ACLI element that contains a list of CMP servers to which the system communicates, and for which this cmp-profile applies.

cmp-retry-count

In the case of CMP connection failure or CMP message timeout, the maximum number of attempts the system tries to establish connection towards the cmp-servers configured in the cmp-server-group in a round robin fashion.

• Values: Min: 1 / Max: 10

Path

cmp-profile is an element of the security path. The full path from the topmost ACLI prompt is: configure terminal , and then security, and then cmp, and then cmp-profile.
