hsu-headers
A comma-separated list of up to three header types. When set, if an INVITE or UPDATE contains one of these headers, the SBC saves the value, then compares it to any subsequent reINVITE or UPDATE. If the value has changed, the SBC sends the session update on to the opposite leg. If the value matches, the SBC considers other hsu-policy parameters when deciding whether to hide session updates.

For existing hsu-policies, you can use + or - to add or remove headers from the list. If you do not, the entire list is replaced.

  • Default: unset
  • Values: String of up to three of the following:
    • P-Asserted-Identity
    • P-Preferred-Identity
    • Remote-Party-ID
    • Privacy
    • Diversion
    • History-Info
hsu-force-xcode
When enabled, the SBC forces transcoding with the top codec received in the new offer. When disabled, the SBC tries to negotiate a common codec before transcoding.

This parameter applies to audio calls only.

  • Default: disabled
  • Values: enabled | disabled
hsu-force-ptime
When enabled, when ptimes are different, the SBC hides session updates and forces transrating. When disabled, the SBC tries to negotiate a common ptime before transrating.
  • Default: disabled
  • Values: enabled | disabled
hsu-silent-rtp-on-hold
When enabled, when the call is on hold and the SBC is hiding session updates, if there is no RTP flow from the side that put the call on hold, the SBC sends blank RTP packets toward the opposite side. This uses DSP resources.

This parameter applies to audio calls only.

  • Default: disabled
  • Values: enabled | disabled
