Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud
Included Functionality
Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud (ORACLE SDM CLOUD) is a cloud native element management service (EMS) to manage Oracle SBC product portfolio (e.g., SBC, ESBC, etc.) as a service subscription model.
Management service includes:
- Dashboard Manager
- Device Manager
- Configuration Manager
- Security Manager
- Fault Manager
- Work Order Manager
- Monitoring Manager
- Notification Manager
- Route Manager
- Administration
Prerequisites
The Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud (Oracle SDM Cloud) Service only works with Oracle Communications Session Delivery products. Prior to your use of the Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud Service, you must have at least one of the following Oracle Communications Session Delivery products installed and operational:
- Oracle Communications Session Border Controller
- Oracle Enterprise Session Border Controller
- Oracle Communications Session Router
- Oracle Communications Subscriber-Aware Load Balancer
- Oracle Communications Core Session Manager
- Oracle Enterprise Communications Broker
Entitled Products and Restricted Use Licenses
You are entitled to, and are responsible for downloading the following on-premise component which is required to operate with the ORACLE SDM CLOUD Service:
- Management Cloud Engine (MCE), release 25.2.0.0.0
- MCE is on-premises software component which works as a protocol converter between legacy protocols (e.g., ACP, SNMP, SFTP, etc.) and REST.
- MCE is used to initiate bi-directional WebSocket communication with Oracle SDM Cloud.
- MCE is included for use with Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud and is restricted to use with Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud service only.

Used to develop the graphical user interface. Not distributed with the service. Use is restricted to ORACLE SDM CLOUD. -
Oracle Autonomous Database 19c
Restricted to use with ORACLE SDM CLOUD. -
Oracle Linux 9
Host platform for the service. Use is restricted to ORACLE SDM CLOUD.
Reporting and Analytics
Overview
HDR Reporting and Analytics offers a centralized platform for monitoring and managing session delivery network function data by processing Historical Data Records (HDR) from Session Border Controller (SBC) and Enterprise Session Border Controller (ESBC) devices.
Included Functionality
Reporting and Analytics service includes:
- Access to Oracle Analytics Cloud through SDM Cloud
- Collecting Oracle Session Border Controller HDR (Historical Data Records) from SDM Cloud as part of feature configuration
- Analysis of HDR data and creation of custom reports and visualization
- Usage of analytics capabilities as described in SDM Cloud documentation
- Access to pre-created reports
- Any functionality described in the Reporting and Analytics documentation
Excluded Functionality
- Any functionality not described in the Reporting and Analytics documentation
- Usage or upload of unsupported data
Prerequisites
The Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud Reporting and Analytics Service requires an existing Oracle Session Delivery Management Cloud service.
Entitled Products and Restricted Use Licenses
You are entitled to, and are responsible for downloading the following on-premise component:
