Create a Filter
To create a filter that can be applied to the Recent Calls table:
- Navigate to Monitoring Manager, Calls and click Filters.
The Filters dialog box displays.
- Click Add.
Note:
You can create up to 50 filters. Once this limit is reached, Oracle® Session Delivery Management Cloud (Oracle SDM Cloud) displays an error message and you cannot add a new filter until you delete an existing one.The Add Filters dialog box displays.
- Filter name—Enter a unique name for this filter.
On the left side of the dialog there is a list of criteria upon which you can filter. When you click on a criteria, the relevant information upon which to filter displays.
- Select the criteria you want to filter for that instance and either click Save to save the filter or Clear to discard your changes and return to the previous Filters dialog box.
