Querying Limits
When a visualization, analysis, or dashboard queries a data source, the allocated Oracle CPU (OCPU) compute size determines the maximum number of input rows that can be returned. This limit defines how much raw data can be retrieved for processing before it is rendered in a visualization.
| OCPU Compute Size | Max Input Rows Returned from Query | Query Timeout (seconds) |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | 2,000,000 | 660 |
| 4 | 2,000,000 | 660 |
| 6 | 2,000,000 | 660 |
| 8 | 2,000,000 | 660 |
| 10 | 2,000,000 | 660 |
| 12 | 2,000,000 | 660 |
| 16 | 4,000,000 | 660 |
These limits define how much data can be retrieved from the data source during query execution. Queries that exceed these limits may fail or require additional filtering to reduce the dataset size.
