Resolved Known Issues

The following issues were resolved in the 26.1.0.0.0 release:
  • Corrected the error message displayed by the Recent Call Duplicate filter.
  • In Work Order Manager, the device list is not refreshed after de-selecting devices during work order creation.
  • In Configuration Manager, a spreadsheet can be uploaded for an Object Class (OC) that is not visible in the Golden or Offline configuration.
  • In the Dashboard Editor and Preview portlet, device data is visible even when permissions are set to "None."
  • Local Policy OC changes are not being pushed correctly to both devices.
  • In some cases, the Local Policy preview is not displayed correctly.
  • In Configuration Manager, inconsistencies may occur when adding or deleting sub-elements.
  • In Recent Calls, the ladder diagram and download icons are enabled even when no calls are available.
  • In Monitoring Manager, an error message is displayed when a user deselects and then reselects devices.
  • In GCC, when viewing a large report, the “Save and Download” pop-up is not displayed as expected.
  • An incorrect error message is displayed during validation when checking that the NF name is not the same as the Device Group name.
  • In HDR, the validation error message is not displayed when the Next button is clicked multiple times.
  • Configuration data is not fetched when the version differs from the device.
  • In Config Archive, device backup cannot be performed after a software upgrade or downgrade.
  • The SKU start date is not updated for a 1TPS tenant.
  • Collection Groups can be created, edited, deleted, started, stopped, or retried for a device even when the user has only view permissions.
  • In User ACL for Config Archive, device data is visible in Config Schedule and Archived Configurations even when "None" permission is assigned to all items under the Device Group.
  • In the Dashboard Designer, TPS portlet data is not visible in the "Add Portlet" screen.
  • Devices fail to load in a Collection Group initially, but load successfully after multiple retries.
  • In GCC, inconsistencies occur when creating and saving reports.
  • In MCE-UMS, cross-site associations for a site are removed after deleting the corresponding MCE.
  • Work Orders are unable to push Local Policy changes.
  • In Email Notification, all subscriptions (more than five) that are pending on the 16th day are deleted.
  • In Offline Configuration, issues occur when referencing elements through data variables.
  • The log message "Failed to publish message to ONS topic. Bad request (limited to 255 characters)" is displayed.
  • Validation does not properly enforce that the NF name must differ from the Device Group name, and the error message is unclear.
  • In Offline Configuration, the EOM IP address is not deleted simultaneously across multiple SBCs.
  • In Recent Calls, an `ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException` occurs when applying the Recent Calls filter.
  • Implementation issue in UMS and oac-analytics, DBMS_CLOUD.COPY_DATA.
  • In Multi-dimension KPI, the Show Platform KPI is not supported.
  • Adding a device times out when the device is behind a TACACS server with a 1000 ms delay.
  • Trap filtering at the MCE is not supported.
  • MCE version upgrade task scheduler is not supported.
  • The Notify on Clear Trap checkbox is not enabled for Warning traps.
The following issues were resolved in the 25.2.0.0.0 release:
  • Unable to configure the following system-config elements:
    • schedule-backup, logs-backup
    • logs-backup, push-receiver
    • comm-monitor, filter-profile
The following issues were resolved in the 24.2.0.0.0 release:
  • Unable to created scheduled archive if local time is behind the UTC
  • When a LRT Search is performed with a wildcard value for Pubid and Range, Replace All is not allowed
  • Fault Manager is not processing ME traps into events
  • Ability to selected disabled device even when it has been disabled from the Admin page
  • All spreadsheets associated with an Offline Configuration (OC) are deleted even if the OC is locked
  • DVs are being deleted even when referenced by another DV
  • The Preview Screen is not showing any value of a spreadsheet if that spreadsheet has any invalid input
  • In Security Manager groups, when all sub item privileges are changed to Full, the group header page is incorrectly still showing as Partial
  • Selected instance is not getting deleted from the Associated Configuration Instances table
  • Refresh and Auto refresh is not working for Connectivity status and Average Concurrent Sessions
  • Ability to remove device from device manager when that device is used by a work order already in ready/committed state
  • In Firefox, the Find Next button is not enabled after the first search
  • The Dashboard portlets are not displaying properly when expanded and refreshed
  • Validations to check if SED formula contains pub id field is not working in case of import CSV
  • In the Device and Config Manager, clicking the Refresh button removes the clearing the search criteria
  • Buttons are incorrectly enabled when there is no data present for screens (Tools, Device Manager, Config Manager, Fault Manager, Audit Logs)
  • In Monitoring Manager, Select Columns is not resetting after navigating away from the screen, and filters also stop working
  • Work Order is failing when changes are made to both the local policy's source realm and policy-attribute attributes.
  • In the Configuration Manager Devices page, many column values are displaying incorrectly.
  • Device Manager's Search is getting reset when more columns are selected using Set Column
  • On the Audit Log page, Device and Network function columns data are not displayed
  • Update Filter by removing routesets is not working for LRT Search
  • When a Duplicate trap receiver IP is pushed to device from DCWO or DeviceSaveActivate, Device is not responding until the timeout
  • Incorrect error message displayed when user adds more than 50 subscriptions
  • After searching in Device Manager or Configuration Manager, search criter is not displaying
  • In Select Device page, unchecking a device leads to scrolling the page to the top
  • Ability to provide end date less than start date in Search dialog box
  • Lock button is enabled even when the device group has View only permissions
  • Buttons are incorrectly enabled when a user selects a column name in an OC
  • When an IDCS session expires, users can't access the interface without clearing cache or cookies
