Start the Typical Installation

1. Select option 1, Typical. Press Enter to continue.

   [X] 1 - Typical        : Runs through most common set up options.  (Recommended) [Default]
   [ ] 2 - Custom         : Allows manual customization.              (Advanced users)
   [ ] 3 - Easy-Install   : Prompts user for minimal setup option values.
   [ ] 4 - Quit           : Finish and quit setup.
