Resetting the Password for a Non-Admin User
A non-admin user can reset password using the Forgot password link on the Mediation Engine login page.
You must have a valid email ID that has been configured in the Mediation
Engine.
- Login to the Mediation Engine using the External IP/hostname URL. For example: https://ocom.example.com/me/.
- Click the Forgot Password link on the right corner of the screen.
- Enter your username and email ID, and click Send.
- Check your email inbox. The email includes a link to reset password
- Open the link using browser.
- Set a new password and then click Reset my password
After resetting the password, you can now login using the new
password.
