UCaaS CCaaS - CDR

The fields - UCaaSCCaaS Originating and UCaaSCCaaS Terminating fields has been added in CDR. These fields are updated based on the presence of the x-i parameter in a SIP message of a Direct Routing call. This is not dependent on MS graph data.

The fields ucaas_ccaas_org and ucaas_ccaas_term can be found in the CDR.

Note:

In CSV Export, UCaaSCCaaS Originating and UCaaSCCaaS Terminating fields are updated only after Graph Data is received from MS Teams unlike in CDR where it is updated based on the presence of “x-i” parameter in SIP message as soon as call finishes. In situations where Mediation Engine fails to receive Graph Data from MS Teams, you will notice CSV Export data not matching with the CDR data due to this reason.
