Resetting the Password for a Non-Admin User

A non-admin user can reset password using the Forgot password link on the Mediation Engine login page.

You must have a valid email ID that has been configured in the Mediation Engine.
  1. Login to the Mediation Engine using the External IP/hostname URL. For example: https://ocom.example.com/me/.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link on the right corner of the screen.
  3. Enter your username and email ID, and click Send.
  4. Check your email inbox. The email includes a link to reset password
  5. Open the link using browser.
  6. Set a new password and then click Reset my password
After resetting the password, you can now login using the new password.
