FTP Errors

Connection errors may occur when registering BI Publisher.

If you get a "Unknown service vsftpd" error message, install the FTP server on each BI Publisher node.
```
yum install vsftpd
```
If you get an "Unable to connect to hosts via ftp protocol" error message, make sure the FTP server has been started on each BI Publisher node.
```
service vsftpd start
```
