User Profile
User Profile is a special configuration interface for an individuals' user profile in Unified Assurance. This interface is used to:

Update the user account email

Change the user account password (if using internal authentication)

Update the user account properties
-
Update the user account preferences
-
View other account information

This user interface calls REST methods from api/AAA/userProfiles.
To access the UI, click the username button in the lower left section of the Unified Assurance navigation bar.
Form Details
- Clear UI States - This will remove all stored UI states for this user in this browser. This includes sorting, column sizes, grouping, and window sizes. Each user has their own saved states. Each user also has a separate set of states in each browser. Clearing the states resets everything to the default size and position. Any open UIs will have to be reloaded manually to see this effect.
Form Fields

Email Address - Email Address used for notifications.

Password - User account password to be used at login.

Repeat Password - User account password verification to be entered.

Properties - User Properties are additional settings applicable to the user. Refer to the Authentication Options and Adding User Accounts guide for more information.

Preferences - User Preferences are inherited from the user group. Unlocked preferences can be overridden, while locked preferences have been set by an administrator and cannot be changed. Refer to the Authentication Options and Adding User Accounts guide for more information.
