Service Metrics

This interface allows you to manage the Metrics that are attached to an SLM Service. It is via the thresholds defined for these Metrics that a Services' compliance level is determined. Furthermore, the interface allows you to determine what times to take into account when computing compliance, as you can select to calculate SLM values only from certain times. This is useful when determining compliance only during business hours. Lastly, it can ignore times that occur during scheduled maintenance periods.
