Links Navigation
This text covers all user interfaces within Unified Assurance that are found when you click the Links navigation pane in the main user interface.
What is a Link?
Links provides a location for something to open within an Unified Assurance window. The major functionality of this component are:

Share internal or external web links.

Store and share files on the system.

Multitenancy functionality supported for customized groupings.
How Do I Create a Link?
The following interfaces are used to create links.
Links Navigation Explained
When the Links navigation pane is displayed, the users will see the Link Group that has been assigned as the user groups Restrictive Link Group, and any Links that are in the group. The user will also see child Link Groups and any Links in the child groups. For example, using this layout:

Root (Link Group)

If the user group's restrictive link group is set to Root, they will see the entire layout above. However, if the user group's restrictive link group is set to Link Group 1, they will see Link C as it is a member of Link Group 1, but they will also see Link Group 3, Link E and Link F.
