Update Device Type Category by ID

/api/device/DeviceManagement/updateCategory

Updates all devices in the device type category that matches the specified ID.
The minimum required properties in the request body are:

• DeviceTypeCategoryID
• DeviceGroupID (include either this or Devices)
• Devices (include either this or DeviceGroupID)

  The device type category ID to update.

  Whether all the descending devices from the device group specified by DeviceGroupID are being updated (true) or not (false).
