Add an SNMP Profile to a Discovery Job

Adds an SNMP profile to the discovery job that matches the specified discovery context ID. This is a legacy API. It is only available when the ENABLE_LEGACY_API_ENDPOINTS configuration parameter is set to true on the Discovery Service microservice.
