Using the Devices Summary Dashboard
You use the Devices Summary Dashboard to view a consolidated snapshot of key performance and status metrics for devices across a selected time period. From here, you can quickly assess device health, correlate resource utilization with network behavior, and filter or export summaries for reporting.
The dashboard consists of a single panel, the Devices Summary Table, which is a customizable OpenSearch Dashboards table.
Devices Summary Table
This panel shows a table in which each row represents a device. The table includes the following columns:
-
Device Name: The unique device name.
-
Customer: The customer identifier or name associated with the device.
-
IPv4: The IPv4 address assigned to the device.
-
IPv6: The IPv6 address assigned to the device, if present.
-
CPU Utilization: The CPU utilization percentage.
-
Memory Usage: The amount of memory used.
-
Memory Free: The amount of memory available.
-
Disk Utilization: The percentage of disk capacity used.
-
Count of Interface Admin Up: The number of interfaces with administrative state Up.
-
Count of Interface Operational Up: The number of interfaces operationally Up.
-
Count of Interface Operational Down: The number of interfaces operationally Down.
You can sort the table by Device Name. You can also modify the table by adding or removing columns as needed.
You use the time range selector to control the CPU, memory, and disk utilization metrics included in the table. In the time range selector, use predefined values like Last 24 Hours or Last 7 Days, or specify a custom time range.
