Profiles

Profiles is a standard configuration interface for reporting profiles in Unified Assurance. This is also where Administrators can manage reporting profiles utilized by individual reports.

Refer to the Standard Configuration Interface guide for details on interacting with the grid and form.

This user interface calls REST methods from api/report/profiles.

To open this interface, from the main navigation menu, select Configuration, then Reports, and then Profiles.

Form Fields

• Name - The identifier for the profile.

• Notification Profile - The profile used to notify the recipients that the scheduled report is ready.

• Notification Template - The template used to notify the recipients that the scheduled report is ready.

• Archive - Checkbox to indicate whether the report results will be archived in the file repository or not.

• Days to Retain - The number of days to save the archived report.

• Report Format - The type of output the report will produce.

• Autosize Report - Checkbox to automatically size the report if Report Format is set to PNG or PDF.

• Orientation - The report orientation for the page, either Portrait or Landscape, if Report Format is set to PDF.

• Page Size - The page size if Report Format is set to PDF. Options are Letter, A4, and Manual.

• Manual Page Size - A string explaining the page size to use in the PDF, if Page Size is set to Manual. Examples include:

  • 5in*7.5in

  • 10cm*20cm

  • A4

  • Letter

• Data Format - The type of file that is generated if Report Format is set to Data Export.
