Using This Guide

If you are using this guide for the first time and haven't installed Oracle Enterprise Manager before, consider the following workflow:

Complete all of the prerequisite steps that are described in Prerequisites for Using Oracle Enterprise Manager with Primavera Applications.
Deploy your plug-in using the information in Managing Plug-in Deployments.

After you have Oracle Enterprise Manager installed and your plug-ins deployed, you can view the metrics for your Primavera applications by using the steps described in Viewing Target Metrics.

Conventions

The following text conventions are used in this document.

Convention	Meaning
boldface	Boldface type indicates graphical user interface elements associated with an action, or terms defined in text or the glossary.
italic	Italic type indicates book titles, emphasis, or placeholder variables for which you supply particular values.
`monospace`	Monospace type indicates commands within a paragraph, URLs, code in examples, text that appears on the screen, or text that you enter.
