Notebooks Detail Window of the Activities Page

Overview

Use this detail window to assign a notebook topic to an activity; view, add, or assign a notebook topic; or remove a topic assignment.

Screen Elements

Assign... button

Opens the Select Notebook Topic dialog box.

"" Context menu

Delete: Deletes the selected item.

Topic field

The name of the associated notebook topic.

Description field

A detailed summary for the item.

The description provides more information than short names or titles. It can give background information or establish a purpose for the item. These details help differentiate between items with similar names and are especially useful in multi-user environments.

Getting Here

  1. On the "" Navigation Menu, expand "" Projects and click Activities.
  2. Select an activity and click the Notebooks detail window.
