Assigning Project Codes

Assign project codes to categorize projects.

To assign a project code:

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Projects and click EPS.
2. On the EPS page, select the projects to which you want to assign codes.
3. Click Context and select Assign, then select Codes....
4. In the Codes panel:
   1. In the Available Codes list, select the code values to assign.
   2. Click Add to Selected.
   3. Click Assign.

      Note:

      You can select other projects in the main grid to assign further codes without closing the Assign Codes panel.

   4. When you have finished assigning codes, click Close.

Tip:

• You can also remove code values in the Assign Codes panel.
• You can also assign code values in the Codes detail window.
