Configuring ID Lengths Settings

Configure ID lengths settings to specify the maximum number of characters allowed for IDs and codes.

To configure ID lengths settings:

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Administration, then click Application Settings.
2. On the Application Settings page, click ID Lengths.
3. On the ID Lengths page:
   1. Click Increment or Decrement for each code or ID to specify maximum lengths.
   2. Click Save and Close.

Tip:

ID lengths cannot exceed 40 characters. Code lengths cannot exceed 32 characters.
