Default Format field

The standard or proprietary file format automatically used to deliver each instance of the report. You can schedule another instance of a report where you change the actual format that is applied to another format listed in the Available Formats field.

For example, the default might be XML but you can decide to format the specific report instance as PDF or Microsoft Excel.
