Managing Primavera XER and XML Import Templates

Manage Primavera XER and XML import templates from the EPS page when you need to create or maintain templates without starting an import.

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Projects and click EPS.
2. On the EPS page click the Actions menu and select Manage Import Templates.
3. In the Manage Primavera XER and XML Templates dialog box:
   1. To add a new template, click Add
   1. To modify an existing template, click the template name.
4. In the Primavera XER and XML Template dialog box:
   1. In the Template Name field, provide a descriptive name for the template.
   2. On the Import Type list, choose whether the template will be available for XER imports, XML imports, or both XER and XML imports.
   3. Configure the options and fields on each of the tabs.
5. Click Save.
