Select Baselines Dialog Box

Overview

Use this detail window the baselines exported each time the service runs.

Screen Elements

Export on the basis of assignments: area

Project Baselines option

Determines that the assigned project baseline for each project will be exported.

User Baselines option

Determines that all the user baselines configured by the current user will be exported for each project.

Primary option

Determines that the primary user baselines configured by the current user will be exported for each project.

Secondary option

Determines that the secondary user baselines configured by the current user will be exported for each project.

Tertiary option

Determines that the tertiary user baselines configured by the current user will be exported for each project.

Export on the basis of assignments: area

Baseline ID - Name field

The name and ID of each baseline.

Assigned Baselines field

Shows whether the baseline is selected as a project, primary, secondary, or tertiary baseline.

Baseline Type field

The baseline type, used to categorize the baseline's purpose.

Data Date field

The data date for the project.

Last Updated Date field

The most recent time the project was updated.

Getting Here

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Administration and click Scheduled Services.
2. On the Scheduled Services page, click Project.
3. Click the Project Settings detail window.
4. In the Baselines field, click Select.
