Changing My Password

You can reset your password at any time.

The password setting is hidden if your company is running enterprise authentication.

To change your password:

1. On the User Control Panel, select your user name and click Expand User Control Panel.
2. On the user menu, select Preferences.
3. In the Login section select Password.
4. In the Change Password diaog box:
   1. In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
   2. In the New Password field, enter a new password.

      Note:

      • When the Password Policy is enabled, the password must be between 8 and 20 characters and contain at least one number and one letter. The policy is enabled by default.
      • When the Password Policy is disabled, the password must be between 1 and 20 characters. The application does not allow blank passwords.
   3. In the Confirm Password field, enter the new password again for verification.
   4. Select Save (Ctrl+Alt+Enter).
