Printing a Timesheet

Your organization might require that you keep a hard copy of submitted timesheets, or to submit paper timesheets in addition to updating your progress in P6 Team Member Web timesheets.

To print a timesheet:

1. Click Print.
2. On the Print Options page, in the Settings pane:
   1. Select the appropriate Paper Size.
   2. Select an Orientation for the printed page.
   3. Edit the Top, Left, Right, and Bottom margins.

      The default unit is inches. To enter margin sizes in centimeters, type "cm" after the number.

   4. Select whether you want to show a watermark.

      If you select Show watermark, enter the text for the watermark in the field.

   5. Select the Scaling you want to apply to the printed page.
   6. Select a Page layout for the printed page.
   7. Select whether you want to insert a page break at the end of each group.
   8. Select whether you want to Repeat column headers if the table runs across multiple pages.
   9. Select whether you want to Show row numbers in the table.
3. Hover over the print preview to Edit Header , Edit Content , or Edit Footer .
4. Review the print preview.

   You can Zoom Out, Zoom In, Zoom to Default, Zoom to Fit, and show Continuous pages.

5. Click Print.
