Accessing the Application

Primavera Portfolio Management is a web-based application. You access the user interface with a standard web browser, and you log in with a user name and password provided by your system administrator.

To access Primavera Portfolio Management:

1. Open your web browser.
2. In your web browser, navigate to http://<servername>/prosight. Your system administrator must provide you with the actual server name. It might resemble one of these default names:
   • server1 (Intranet)
   • 192.0.2.1 (IP Address-Internet)
3. On the Login page, enter your user name and password, and then click Sign In.

   The default user name is "admin". Your administrator determines the default password when creating the Primavera Portfolio Management database with the Primavera Portfolio Management console.

4. If consent settings are enabled, review the consent notice and click Agree to give consent for using or accessing PII data in the application.

   If your administrator requires consent at every login, you must click Agree each time you sign in. You can withdraw your previously given consent at any time by clicking Withdraw Consent from the User menu.
