Data Permissions

In the Security Settings dialog box, define the following data permissions associated with the object (if applicable; relevant for portfolios, items, and categories):

• Read Data: the right to read data associated with the object.
• Edit Past Data: the right to edit past data associated with the object.
• Edit Current Data: the right to edit current data associated with the object.
• Edit Future Data: the right to edit future data associated with the object.
• Admin Data: the right to read and edit security properties of data associated with the object, but not the data itself.
