Printing a Dashboard

Primavera Portfolio Management enables you to print your dashboard. In order to make the most out of your printed file refer to Controlling Layout in Export and Print.

To print a dashboard:

1. Select Print from the Dashboard menu.
2. In the Print Settings dialog box, select print options for the following:
   1. In the Range section, select the range of the print.
      • All Tabs: Prints all the dashboard tabs in succession.
      • Current Tab: Prints the contents of the active tab.
   2. In the Content section, select the content to be printed:
      • All: Prints the complete dashboard.
      • Graphs Only: Prints only the graphs.
   3. In the Display Graphs section, select the format printing the graphs.
      • Graphically: Prints the graphs as they are.
      • As Tables: Prints the tabular data used to generate the graphs.
   4. In the Page Orientation section, select either Portrait or Landscape.

      Note:

      Primavera Portfolio Management has no control over browser-initiated printing. Make sure the local settings of your printer match the page orientation defined here.

3. Click OK to view a printer-friendly alternative view of the dashboard appears in a new window.
4. In the Print dialog box, click OK to print the dashboard.
