Security Settings

The Processes root folder has the same security policy as any other hierarchy in the application; it inherits the system security policy settings.

Users' Processes is a folder containing all the Processes folders for all users in the system. It is a system folder. The following security applies to this folder:

• Security is NOT inherited
• Owner = Full Access
• Admin Group = Custom (Read and View; Remove and Admin)

Every user in the system has a My Processes folder, which is also a system folder. In the setup, these folders are located in the Users' Processes folder, and they appear with the user login name as follows:

• <user's login name>'s Links

The following security applies to these folders:

• Security is inherited
• Owner = Full Access
• Admin Group = Custom (Read and View; Remove and Admin)
