Starting a Workflow

Workflows can be started automatically, when it is triggered by an alert or if it is embedded within another workflow, or manually, by using the Start Workflow dialog box.

Note:

Access to the Start Workflow dialog box requires Read & View permission on the Start Workflow Instances security module.
