Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management Propose is an add-on module that gives unregistered users limited access to the Primavera Portfolio Management (Primavera Portfolio Management) application for the purpose of filling out a predefined form. Workers, clients, or customers can use Propose to capture ideas, conduct surveys, or enter requests via web forms. These are routed automatically to Primavera Portfolio Management for scoring, analysis, and action.

Once the Propose form is submitted it can be viewed only by logged-in Primavera Portfolio Management users.
