Viewing Sub-Items in a Scorecard

To view sub-items in a scorecard:

1. In the navigation pane, select Scorecard Module.
2. In the Scorecard list, select Edit... to edit an existing scorecard.

   The Scorecard wizard displays.

3. In the General tab, select a Default Dynamic List Type to associate this scorecard with a specific type of sub-items. For example, select Contracts.
4. Select Finish and return to the Scorecard page.
5. In the View list, select Show Sub Items.
6. In the Sub-Items page, you can perform any of the following actions:
   • In the Name column, click the + plus or - minus buttons to expand or collapse items below a sub-item.
   • In the Filter By list, you can further shorten the list of sub-items by selecting the categories within the scorecard.
   • Click Export to export the results to a .csv file. In addition to the scorecard categories, the following columns are available in the exported file:
     • Name: The name of the sub-item.
     • Type: The type of sub-item. Valid values include: Portfolio, Sub-Item, and Item.
     • Dynamic list Type: The dynamic list type associated with the sub-item.
     • Status: The status of the item or portfolio or the status of the sub-item.
