Completing a Punchlist Item
When logged into Submittal Exchange, select a project and go to the Punchlist log.
Select Edit in the left column. The line item will expand. The items you can edit will display within text fields.
If you are using the New View, select the Edit icon to display the Edit Punchlist Item dialog box.
Once you have reviewed the item, select Completed from the drop-down list under Item Status.
(Optional) Add comments that pertain to the punchlist item in the field under the Comments column.
If you are using the Old View, in the far-left column select Update, the page refreshes. If you are using the New View. select Save Changes. The completed status appears underneath the Item Status column.
Note:
Only team members with certain permissions can mark a punchlist item as complete. Marking an item as complete means it is 100% corrected and requires no additional action.
