Deleting Expected Items as a Project Leader

When logged into Submittal Exchange, select a project and go to the Sections & Categories tab.

  1. Select the specification section that has submittal/closeout items which need to be removed.
  2. Select Edit below the Expected Items table (right table).
  3. De-select the expected items.
  4. Select Save to remove.

    Note:

    General Contractors or Construction Managers cannot remove expected items in this method, unless they are the overall Project Leader. They can add items, but not remove them.
