AI Features and Deployment-Specific Features

Your Unifier deployment model determines whether you have access to specific artificial intelligence (AI) features and deployment-specific functionality. The following table lists regional support for AI features available in Unifier cloud services:

Access to this feature requires administrators to:

  1. Enable Company Settings in the AI tab. For more information, see Updating Company Settings on the AI Tab (Cloud Only).
  2. Configure and publish a Data Source. For more information, see Manage Data Sources.
Creating AI-Assisted Classic Payment Application Business Process Records (Cloud Only) Not Available Available Available United States (USA)

Legend:

  • (1): Cloud Multi-Tenant is not available in all regions.
  • (2): Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services roll out across data centers over time. When AI services are available in a data center, AI is enabled in Unifier for customers using that data center. Some AI models are not available in all regions. For example, Llama is not available in the European Union. Oracle uses generally available AI models whenever possible, but that is not always possible.
