28 Configuring and Publishing Oracle Analytics Server Custom Templates (Custom Prints and Reports)
Unifier integrates with Oracle Analytics Server to deliver on-demand web-based reporting.
Note:
- If your environment supports a dedicated integration with Oracle Analytics Cloud, you can assign specific Unifier users the option of creating and managing Unifier-related reports through Oracle Analytics Cloud. Because access is not provided automatically, you must include the system-defined DE
uuu_useraccess_oacin the Additional Attributes segment of the User Attributes form and enable the Oracle Analytics Cloud Access option for the user on the General tab of the Edit User window. - Importing and synchronizing reports from Oracle Analytics Server is supported for on-premises and single-tenant (ST) configurations of Unifier (these actions are not supported with the multi-tenant [MT] configuration).
Custom Reports, built in Oracle Analytics Server, enable the Company Administrator (or power user) to build visually stunning, detailed reports. For example:
- A report that combines information from multiple (and possibly non-linked) Business Processes (BPs)
- A report that needs professional looking graphics, charts, images, or clip art
The following sections explain how to create and configure custom prints and custom reports in the Oracle Analytics Server.
To publish custom prints and custom reports:
- Prepare the custom print or custom report.
- Select Status.
- Select Publish.
Note:
Oracle only supports the delivery of Oracle Analytics Server reports in PDF format by way of email.
